Who We Are

THEIR Youth Inc. (Transform–Heal–Empower–Inspire–Restore Youth) is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting adolescents as they grow into confident, emotionally healthy, and purpose-driven leaders.

We exist to create safe, empowering spaces where youth are seen, supported, and equipped with the skills they need to thrive—both now and in the future. Through intentional mentorship, leadership development, and social-emotional learning, we help young people strengthen their self-esteem, develop healthy decision-making skills, and discover their unique potential.

At THEIR Youth, we recognize that many adolescents face challenges that extend beyond the classroom—emotional stress, identity development, peer pressure, limited access to positive role models, and a lack of opportunities to build leadership skills. Our programs are designed to meet youth where they are and provide practical tools that support personal growth, resilience, and confidence.
